The next Event Day is scheduled for Sunday 6th May.
The Park will be featuring the Steam Trains and the Electric Trams plus games and entertainment. Admission to the Park is REDUCED with a $5 Discount off all adult visitors.
e.g..
Adults pay only $15 (instead of $20)
Seniors pay only $10 (instead of $15)

Queens Birthday Weekend

Our next EVENT Weekend will be held on the Sunday and Monday of Queens Birthday Weekend.
(Sunday 3 and Monday 4 June)

We will again be featuring the Steam Trains and Electric Trams. Along with these will be a variety of fun and entertainment for the visitors to the Park. Kids entertainment, bouncy castle, food stalls and music, bands and buskers.

Kids Fest

We are listed as one of the Major participants in the 2012 Kids Fest, to be held over the TWO WEEKS of the July School Holidays.

Monday 2 – Friday 6 July AND Monday 9 – Friday 13 JULY.
10am – 4.30pm Daily

‘HANDS-ON’ kids activities will be available for any children visiting the Park these two weeks.
Normal $5 admission will apply and a huge crowd will be expected each day.

Labour Weekend

Looking ahead, we will have the next major Event Weekend over Labour Weekend.
Watch this space. We do hope to have our new Children's Playground up and running by then, so just wait for this to blossom.

PLEASE NOTE: Ferrymead Heritage Park is home to over 20 volunteer societies and groups. They are all usually open or operating on Steam Sundays and Event Days, however some attractions and museums do not operate every day.
If you have a special interest in a particular society or museum, please contact us before you visit to check that a volunteer is available on the day.
