Ferrymead Heritage Park is home to over 20 volunteer societies and groups. Some attractions do not operate every day. If you have a special interest in a particular society or museum, please contact us before your visit to check that a volunteer is available on the day you plan to visit.
Trams will be running every weekend, during school holidays, public holidays and on special event days at regular intervals. Trains run on the first Sunday of the month and on special event days.

REFUNDS POLICY:
a) Admission Tickets
Any pre-paid admission tickets unable to be used for any reason whatsoever, can be re-issued for a future date, without penalty.
b) Goods Purchased Shop and Tearooms purchases are NOT refundable, however faulty items will be replaced without question.
TRANSACTIONS:
a) All prices quoted for bookings and sales are in NZ$.
b) ALL transactions, cash or electronic will be processed in NZ$.
